Love this place. The breakfast here is excellent the country fried steak is amazing. The french toast is really good too.

Delicious. Coffee was excellent and free flowing. I ordered the breakfast that gave me a sample of almost everything. And everything was excellent.I would come back here next time I'm in town. The location is perfect too. I was able to attend my morning here to start my day right as they opened.Great service too.

Omg this place is awesome food is incredible and the staff always tends to all your needs.. very affordable and amazing no wonder they chose very early otherwise it will be packed by lunch or dinner

A nice little place in the water to get breakfast all day long. The food was good, but our server seemed to be having a bad day for some reason. It wasn’t even all that busy.

Local owned the best of America independent owner who talks to thier customers. Very good local food. This is humble fill your stomach resturant with great ties to the community. Also price is reasonable this is not 1950's inflation good food.

The food here is so good, there is a line waiting outside the door on most days. The only other place I know that can compare to this place is right across the street at Joy of Eating. The service is quick and nice. The food is awesome. The view is incredible. If you are there you need to try their corn beef because it is yummy!

Superb little diner, the back patio is cozy and the service is reasonably quick. Not a huge dining area so be prepared to wait a bit during peak times. Highly recommend their ruben, it's my favorite thing on the menu.

Fried rice might not be the healthiest way to start your day but it is delicious. Corned beef hash is great as well. Big portions on the cheap

Good country breakfast and lunch menu with a wide variety to choose from. Homemade corn beef, simply delicious. The service was great the entire staff is very customer focused. Everything was hot, well prepared and tasted great. At first glance you might think it is too crowded, but not so, they are fast to seat your party, at the bar, inside table or out. Overall really great experience definitely one of my new favorite places!

Best place to have Breakfast, Brunch, or lunch. Food and service was great. The perfect local diner. If I lived in Suisun I would be here multiple times a week.

Absolutely fantastic food and service. Large portions minimum prices. A nice touch is fried rice choice in place of potatoes. Upscale furnishings and atmosphere. People come from miles away to dine here. Nice experience on the water front. Sitting available along the waterfront outdoors in the fresh air, or indoors.

Great place for a hearty breakfast! Often crowded but worth the wait. Take a stroll by their peaceful marina after dining.

Great breakfast place. Try to make it before the peak time to avoid a long wait. I ordered a mini breakfast and there was nothing mini about it! Perfect portion for me, which was like a regular full-sized breakfast. But Bab's is known for generous portions. You won't be disappointed if you want your tummy to be over stuffed with breakfast. Location is excellent for a walk after eating....makes you feel less guilty about loading up the Bab's Delta Diner way. Great food and great service at a reasonable price. What more could you ask for?

I love this place the staff is great and the food is always amazing. I usually order the Rods special and they special make the fried rice for me with no onions. They make everything special order here. They don’t have pre made packaged food. I also love the view from the patio and you can take a nice walk afterwards alone the Delta.

Wow. Food was lovely and excellent. Ashly was an outstanding waitress, I was so amazed by how. Busy she was and still reminded all she needed to. So impressed I told the owner. I had tuna melt, so yummy. My husband had double cheeseburger that he thought was the best in awhile. They had Girl Scout cookies being sold just a little ways from front door. A real eclectic group of different kinds of people have a meal. I always love a mixed group. The area was so lovely for a warm Sunday. Definitely will visit again from Sacramento.

Great scrambles. Fried rice is amazing

Although we had to wait for our entire party to arrive, once everyone was there we were seated right away. Order was taken in a timely manner and food came quickly. Everyone loved their meal and the fried rice was a nice addition. First round of coffee was on the warm side, but second round was nice and hot.

Food is great..LOVEEEEE THE COFFEE! We try to go around 12-1 pm. No crowd and service is faster. Love this place. ❤️

Had the Rick's Special. Huge portions of potatoes and corned beef hash with poached eggs and cheese. Very bland--even with condiments added. Coffee and toast w/ orange marmalade were the highlights of breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

I like to first recognize Christie, by far the best server at this establishment. She anticipates our needs ahead of time, in fact, while setting our table she places my husband’s favorite orange marmalade without asking. She calls out our order and knows the simplest details requested without needing reminder, this overly exceeds the level of service for this establishment. Our food is always delicious, there is consistency, some days their fried rice taste different but we always leave content and satisfied.

This place is solid for breakfast. Wait staff is great. Portions are big and flavorful. Great ambiance. Highly recommend

On a whim on our way back to Chico from San Francisco we stopped off at Babs Delta Diner for breakfast. It was 10 a.m. on a Sunday morning so there is a bit of a wait when we arrived. We were given a number then sat and watch the hustle and bustle as we waited. We were seated within 10 to 15 minutes and we're greeted with a smile by our server. From the number of dishes I saw coming out of the kitchen I was quite excited to eat. I ordered the ham and eggs but instead of the classic potato side there was a rice option that I went for. Breakfast was delicious! The service was prompt and friendly. We are looking forward to stopping off at Babs again in the future. Try the rice with your breakfast dish you'll be glad you did.

Favorite breakfast place within the Suisun/Fairfield area. I come here quite often, there service is always on point and the food is fantastic. Get there a little earlier though, the wait can be longer the later in the morning it gets!(especially Sat/Sun)

Hey there,Food was alright compared to other similar restaurants, nothing to brag about.One thing I will say is that they don't take American Express or any other NFC type payments. Had to go to an atm to pay for breakfast. Just FYI.

First time here, grabbing a Saturday lunch after bicycling here from Martinez. Decent cheeseburger, lovely fries, soda with refills. Popular brunch spot, waited a little for seating, lots of people getting breakfast options that looked really good. We partook of the outdoor seating, with a view of the slough, and the nice City Hall on the other side.

The food was fresh and delicious. We both had omeletes, they were fluffy and cooked to perfection. The breakfast fried rice is something you must try. The portions are generous, and the staff was very friendly. I highly reccomend this little mom and pop diner.

If you ever visit the Suisun waterfront, this place is a must! Two words, fried rice! Yes! Pair up any breakfast favorites, such as bacon, sausages, corned beef, chicken fried steak! You won't regret the combination of flavors that will satisfy you to the fullest (pun intended).

I ordered a bagel, they were out so I switched it for a muffin. Didn't bother me at all. But then they had the AUDACITY to give me a free cinnamon roll for my "trouble" and that was just plain nice of them
